【摘要】：目的觀察并分析肌內(nèi)黏液瘤的超聲表現(xiàn)特征。方法回顧性分析8例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的肌內(nèi)黏液瘤的二維及CDFI超聲表現(xiàn)特征,并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)。結(jié)果 8例肌內(nèi)黏液瘤中,5例位于下肢肌肉,2例位于上肢肌肉,1例位于腰大肌;8例均表現(xiàn)為邊界清楚,形態(tài)規(guī)則的腫塊,后方回聲增強(qiáng),內(nèi)部為不均勻弱回聲,6例腫塊內(nèi)可見片狀無回聲區(qū)。8例腫塊周邊均有"亮環(huán)征",7例可見"亮帽征"。CDFI顯示6例腫塊內(nèi)無血流,2例部分區(qū)域內(nèi)見點(diǎn)線狀血流信號(hào)。結(jié)論肌內(nèi)黏液瘤好發(fā)于四肢骨骼肌,超聲表現(xiàn)特征為邊界清楚,形態(tài)規(guī)則,后方回聲增強(qiáng),內(nèi)部為不均勻弱回聲、可見片狀無回聲區(qū),周邊可見"亮環(huán)征"及"亮帽征",內(nèi)部血流多不豐富。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the ultrasonic features of intramuscular myxoma. Methods the two dimensional and CDFI features of 8 cases of intramuscular myxoma proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively and the literatures were reviewed. Results among the 8 cases of intramuscular myxoma, 5 cases were located in muscle of lower extremity, 2 cases were located in muscle of upper limb, 1 case was located in musculus major of psoas, 8 cases showed mass with clear boundary, regular shape and enhanced echo at the rear. "bright ring sign" was found in all the 8 cases with nonechoic zone in 6 cases with uneven weak echo in 6 cases. In 7 cases, "bright cap sign". CDFI showed that there was no blood flow in 6 cases. In 2 cases, there was point linear flow signal in some areas. Conclusion intramuscular myxoma usually occurs in skeletal muscle of extremities. The ultrasonic features are clear boundary, regular shape, enhanced posterior echo, uneven weak echo inside, flaky non-echoic region. Peripheral visible "bright ring sign" and "bright cap sign", internal blood flow is not rich.
