【摘要】：正1976年美國癌癥聯(lián)合委員會(American Joint Committee on Cancer,AJCC)發(fā)布了第1版的癌癥分期系統(tǒng),目的在于為腫瘤診治和預(yù)后評估提供規(guī)范化的分期依據(jù)。40年來由AJCC所組成的不同專業(yè)背景專家審議團(tuán)隊(duì)通過對相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)研究材料的評議,按6~8年的間期定期發(fā)布新版癌癥分期系統(tǒng),使之不斷更新和完善。正如第7版癌癥分期系統(tǒng)(2010年發(fā)
