【摘要】：正病例孕婦,27歲,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕16周+4,孕期常規(guī)產(chǎn)前檢查超聲顯示:宮內(nèi)單胎,胎頭雙頂徑4.34 cm,頭圍16.59 cm,腹圍20.50 cm,股骨長(zhǎng)2.83 cm;胎盤位于子宮后壁,成熟度Ⅰ級(jí),無羊水,脊柱排列連續(xù),四肢部分顯示;心臟結(jié)構(gòu)未見異常;胎兒肝、胃腸管無擴(kuò)張,腹腔內(nèi)探及液性暗區(qū)深約2.52 cm;右側(cè)腎臟明顯增大,大小5.06 cm×3.40 cm,正常腎實(shí)質(zhì)回聲消失,探及大小不等的小囊泡,集合系統(tǒng)未見明顯擴(kuò)張,右側(cè)輸尿管顯示不清;左側(cè)腎臟大小3.31 cm×2.08 cm,實(shí)質(zhì)回聲稍增強(qiáng),腎盂、腎盞及輸尿管擴(kuò)張,輸尿管內(nèi)徑寬約
[Abstract]:Pregnant women, 27 years old, 0 of pregnancy 1, +4 at 16 weeks of pregnancy, were diagnosed as intrauterine single fetus, 4.34 cm of fetal head, 16.59 cm of head circumference, 20.50 cm in abdominal circumference and 2.83 cm in femur; the placenta was located in the posterior wall of the uterus, grade I, no amniotic fluid, continuous spinal arrangement, no abnormal heart structure, fetal liver and gastrointestinal tube. Dilation, intraperitoneal exploration and deep liquid dark area were about 2.52 cm, the right kidney was obviously enlarged, the size of the kidney was 5.06 cm x 3.40 cm, the normal renal parenchyma echoes disappeared, and the small vesicles of different sizes were found. The collection system was not obviously dilated and the right ureter was not clear; the left kidney size was 3.31 cm x 2.08 cm, the parenchyma echo was slightly enhanced, the renal pelvis, the renal calys and ureter expanded.
