【摘要】：目的驗(yàn)證反轉(zhuǎn)恢復(fù)實(shí)時(shí)快速小角度激發(fā)(IR-rttfl)成像的心肌T1量化方法。方法對(duì)仿體、健康志愿者和心肌壞死患者分別進(jìn)行成像,在3.0T磁場中使用IR-rttfl的掃描方法量化心肌T1值,與MOLLI方法的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并將T1量化的結(jié)果用于分析心肌的異常區(qū)域。結(jié)果 IR-rttfl方法將掃描時(shí)間縮短到6s以內(nèi),T1量化結(jié)果比MOLLI方法更準(zhǔn)確,并且能夠有效區(qū)分患者心肌的異常區(qū)域。結(jié)論這種方法能夠有效抑制心律不齊造成的影響,提高心肌T1量化結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,對(duì)心肌壞死的診斷具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the T 1 quantification of myocardial T 1 for real time fast small angle excitation IR-rttfll imaging. Methods the T 1 values of myocardium were measured by IR-rttfl scanning in 3.0T magnetic field, and compared with those of MOLLI method. The results of T 1 quantification were used to analyze the abnormal areas of myocardium. Results the scanning time was shortened to less than 6 seconds by IR-rttfl, and the results of T1 quantization were more accurate than that of MOLLI, and the abnormal areas of myocardium could be distinguished effectively. Conclusion this method can effectively inhibit the effects of arrhythmia and improve the accuracy of T 1 quantification results. It is of great significance for the diagnosis of myocardial necrosis.
