【摘要】：目的:探討能譜CT成像相關參數(shù)在反映肺癌生物學特征中的作用。方法:搜集我院60例經病理證實的肺鱗癌和腺癌患者的病例資料,所有患者采用能譜模式行CT平掃和增強掃描,獲得病灶的定量參數(shù)值,包括標準化碘濃度(NIC)、能譜曲線斜率(K)和鈣含量。采用免疫組化法測量EGFR和TTF-1在癌細胞中的表達水平。結果:27例肺腺癌中EGFR表達陽性20例、陰性7例,陽性組和陰性組中NIC分別為0.27±0.16和0.15±0.10,K分別為2.04±0.17和1.79±0.25,兩組間的差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。33例肺鱗癌中EGFR表達陽性19例、陰性14例,陽性組和陰性組中NICs分別為0.30±0.18和0.16±0.04,K分別為2.75±1.10和2.06±0.38,病灶內鈣含量分別為6.57±0.67和4.73±1.56,兩組間的差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:能譜CT成像參數(shù)中標準化碘含量和曲線斜率(K)可反映肺癌病灶的血供情況及微血管密度,肺鱗癌中鈣含量是反映肺鱗癌生長狀態(tài)的參考指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of spectral CT imaging parameters in reflecting the biological characteristics of lung cancer. Methods: the data of 60 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology in our hospital were collected. It includes standardized iodine concentration, energy spectrum curve slope K) and calcium content. The expression of EGFR and TTF-1 in cancer cells was measured by immunohistochemical method. Results in 27 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 20 cases were positive for EGFR and 7 cases were negative. The NIC of positive group and negative group were 0.27 鹵0.16 and 0.15 鹵0.10K, 2.04 鹵0.17 and 1.79 鹵0.25, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in 19 cases of positive EGFR expression and 14 cases of negative expression of EGFR in 33 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma. In the positive group and the negative group, NICs was 0.30 鹵0.18 and 0.16 鹵0.04, K was 2.75 鹵1.10 and 2.06 鹵0.38, respectively. The calcium content in the lesion was 6.57 鹵0.67 and 4.73 鹵1.56, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the standardized iodine content and curve slope K in EDS CT imaging parameters can reflect the blood supply and microvessel density of lung cancer focus. Calcium content in lung squamous cell carcinoma is a reference index to reflect the growth state of lung squamous cell carcinoma.
