【摘要】：目的探討顱內(nèi)神經(jīng)管原腸囊腫的MRI表現(xiàn)特征。方法搜集6例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的顱內(nèi)神經(jīng)管原腸囊腫患者的MRI及相關(guān)臨床資料,分析其發(fā)生部位、形態(tài)及信號(hào)特點(diǎn)等。結(jié)果 6例中,病灶位于橋前池1例,延前池1例,橋延交界前方2例,橋小腦角池、腳間池及鞍上池1例,橋前池、腳間池1例。2例呈類圓形,2例呈分葉狀,1例呈類啞鈴形,1例呈不規(guī)則分葉狀。1例腫瘤明顯嵌入腦干,類似"脊髓嵌入征"。MRI信號(hào)較多樣,T_1WI多呈等或高信號(hào),T_2WI多呈高或等信號(hào),增強(qiáng)掃描無(wú)強(qiáng)化。結(jié)論顱內(nèi)神經(jīng)管原腸囊腫的MRI表現(xiàn)有一定特征,對(duì)診斷及鑒別診斷有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MRI features of intracranial neurotubule enterocele. Methods MRI and related clinical data of 6 patients with intracranial neurotubule cysts confirmed by operation and pathology were collected and their location, morphology and signal characteristics were analyzed. Results among the 6 cases, 1 case was located in the anterior pontine cistern, 1 case in the protuberant cistern, 2 cases in the anterior part of the Pontine junction, 1 case in the cerebellopontine angle cistern, 1 case in the interpeduncular cistern and 1 case in the suprasellar cistern. The interpeduncular cistern in 1 case, 2 cases were round, 2 cases were lobular, 1 case was dumbbell-like, 1 case was irregular lobular shape, 1 case was obviously embedded into the brain stem, similar to "spinal cord embedding sign" .MRI signal intensity was more varied than that on T1WI, most of them showed iso-signal or hyperintense signal on T _ 2WI, and most of them showed high or equal signal intensity on T _ 2WI. Enhanced scan without enhancement. Conclusion the MRI features of intracranial neurotubule cysts are of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
