【摘要】：目的探究磁共振IDEAL-IQ序列對肝臟脂肪變性和鐵過載的診斷價值。方法選取2013年5月至2015年5月收治的脂肪肝患者(甲組),同時期收治地中海貧血反復輸血患者(乙組)與健康體檢人群(丙組),各30例。對3組的脂肪含量與鐵含量進行比較分析。結果甲組與丙組的肝臟脂肪含量比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);乙組與丙組的鐵含量比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論采取磁共振IDEAL-IQ序列進行掃描可獲得多組的圖像,有利于對受檢者進行肝臟內脂肪含量與鐵含量的分析判斷,臨床診斷意義重大。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the diagnostic value of IDEAL-IQ sequence in hepatic steatosis and iron overload. Methods from May 2013 to May 2015, 30 patients with fatty liver (group A), 30 patients with repeated blood transfusion (group B) and 30 healthy persons (group C) were treated in the same period. The fat content and iron content in three groups were compared and analyzed. Results there were significant differences in hepatic fat content between group A and C, and between group B and group C (P 0.05). Conclusion multiple groups of images can be obtained by using IDEAL-IQ sequence, which is helpful for the analysis and judgement of fat and iron content in liver, and is of great significance in clinical diagnosis.
