超聲MicroPure成像對(duì)BI-RADS4級(jí)的乳腺腫塊微鈣化檢出的價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用超聲Micro Pure成像技術(shù)對(duì)BI-RADS分級(jí)為4級(jí)的乳腺腫塊中微鈣化的檢測(cè)價(jià)值。方法對(duì)56例發(fā)現(xiàn)乳腺腫塊并且BI-RADS分級(jí)為4級(jí)的患者分別應(yīng)用X線鉬靶、傳統(tǒng)灰階超聲及Micro Pure成像技術(shù)進(jìn)行腫塊微鈣化的檢測(cè),以鉬靶為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)灰階超聲和Micro Pure檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。同時(shí)結(jié)合術(shù)后病理結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果56例乳腺腫塊中,鉬靶發(fā)現(xiàn)43個(gè)病灶有微鈣化,傳統(tǒng)灰階超聲發(fā)現(xiàn)其中22個(gè)病灶有微鈣化,Micro Pure成像技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)40個(gè)病灶有微鈣化。傳統(tǒng)灰階超聲檢測(cè)病灶內(nèi)部及周邊微鈣化的敏感性為51.2%,特異性為92.3%,ROC曲線下面積為0.717;Micro Pure成像技術(shù)檢測(cè)病灶內(nèi)部及周邊微鈣化的敏感性為93.0%,特異性為100.0%,ROC曲線下面積為0.965。結(jié)論在BI-RADS分級(jí)為4級(jí)的乳腺腫塊微鈣化的檢測(cè)中,超聲Micro Pure成像技術(shù)明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)灰階超聲,有助于乳腺癌的臨床診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound Micro Pure imaging in detecting microcalcification in breast masses with BI-RADS grade 4. Methods the microcalcification of breast masses was detected by X-ray molybdenum target, traditional gray-scale ultrasound and Micro Pure imaging in 56 cases of breast masses with BI-RADS grade 4. The molybdenum target was used as the gold standard. The results of traditional gray scale ultrasound and Micro Pure were compared. At the same time, combined with postoperative pathological results were analyzed. Results among 56 breast masses, 43 lesions were found to have microcalcification on molybdenum target, and 22 lesions were found to have microcalcification by conventional gray scale ultrasound. Microcalcification was found in 40 lesions by Pure imaging. The sensitivity of traditional gray-scale ultrasound in detecting microcalcification inside and around the lesion was 51.2, and the specificity was 92.3%. The sensitivity and specificity of traditional gray-scale ultrasound in detecting microcalcification inside and around the lesion was 93.0 and 0.965 respectively, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.717 Pure. Conclusion in the detection of microcalcification of breast masses with BI-RADS grade 4, ultrasound Micro Pure imaging is superior to traditional gray-scale ultrasound, which is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
