【摘要】：目的分析男性患者胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀腫瘤(SPT)的臨床和磁共振特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析病理證實(shí)的SPT 51例患者(男14例、女37例)的臨床和磁共振成像資料,圖像分析包括腫瘤位置、最大徑、形態(tài)、邊界、包膜、囊實(shí)性成分、信號(hào)、動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)化方式。結(jié)果男性SPT的平均最大徑明顯小于女性[(3.9±1.6)cm比(6.3±3.9)cm,P=0.035]。男性純實(shí)性SPT(8/14)較女性(9/37)多見(jiàn)(P=0.037)。SPT T1加權(quán)成像男性以均勻低信號(hào)為主(11/14),女性以不均勻低信號(hào)為主(23/37)(P=0.001)。SPT出血女性(22/37)較男性(2/14)多(P=0.005)。SPT的臨床和其他磁共振成像特征男性與女性比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論男性患者SPT較小,腫瘤成分以純實(shí)性多見(jiàn),較少出血,其余臨床和磁共振成像特點(diǎn)與女性相似。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical and magnetic resonance characteristics of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (SPT) in male patients. Methods the clinical and magnetic resonance imaging data of 51 pathologically proved SPT patients (14 males and 37 females) were retrospectively analyzed. Dynamic strengthening mode. Results the mean maximum diameter of SPT in males was significantly lower than that in females [3.9 鹵1.6)cm vs 6.3 鹵3.9 cm P0. 035]. Male pure solid SPT / 8 / 14 (P = 9 / 37) (P < 0.037). SPT weighted imaging: 11 / 14 in men with homogeneous low signal intensity, 23 / 37 in women with heterogenous low signal intensity, and 22 / 37 in women with less than 22 / 37) compared with 22 / 37 in men (P < 0.005 / SPT). The clinical and other magnetic resonance imaging features of male and female patients were higher than those of men (P < 0.05). The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the SPT of male patients is small and the tumor components are mostly pure solid and less bleeding. The other clinical and magnetic resonance imaging features are similar to those in women.
