【摘要】：正患者男,18歲,雙上臂結節(jié)增多、增大就診�；颊呷矶嗵幙Х扰Ｄ躺匕�,無痛,一般情況無特殊。既往10歲即見手臂包塊,未予重視。其父已確診神經纖維瘤�、裥汀RI表現(xiàn):雙上臂、下肢及頸、胸、腰骶椎旁兩側椎間孔區(qū)、相應神經根、神經束區(qū)見彌漫性分布的結節(jié)狀、串珠狀、葫蘆狀或條帶狀軟組織腫塊,直徑0.5~4.4 cm不等。病灶大部分沿神經走行方向生長,信號均勻,在T2WI上呈明顯高信號(圖1),邊界清楚�；颊呶葱性鰪姃呙�,以MRI三維
