【摘要】：目的探討乳腺惡性腫瘤冠狀面"匯聚征"與臨床病理學特征間的關系。方法應用自動乳腺全容積成像技術,回顧性分析經(jīng)手術病理證實的258個乳腺惡性腫瘤病灶的冠狀面特征(有無冠狀面"匯聚征"),并比較冠狀面特征在不同年齡、病灶部位、大小、同側腋窩淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移情況、病理類型及分化程度等臨床病理學特征間的差異性。結果乳腺惡性腫瘤冠狀面"匯聚征"在不同年齡、病灶部位及大小間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在導管原位癌不同級別(低、中級別及高級別)及浸潤性導管癌不同分級(Ⅰ、Ⅱ級及Ⅲ級)間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);浸潤性乳腺癌及有同側腋窩淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移的冠狀面"匯聚征"出現(xiàn)率高于非浸潤性乳腺癌及無淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移(P0.05)。以乳腺惡性腫瘤患者各臨床病理學特征為自變量,有無冠狀面"匯聚征"為因變量進行Logistic回歸分析,浸潤性乳腺癌及同側腋窩淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移為危險因素(回歸系數(shù)分別為2.135、0.611;OR值分別為8.454、1.842)。結論乳腺惡性腫瘤冠狀面"匯聚征"的出現(xiàn)率與腫瘤的浸潤性及有無同側腋窩淋巴結轉(zhuǎn)移有關,可作為評價乳腺惡性腫瘤生物學行為的一項輔助指標,為臨床提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between coronal convergence sign and clinicopathological features of breast malignant tumors. Methods the coronal features of 258 lesions of breast malignant tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively by using automatic full volume mammography. The coronal features were compared at different age and location. The differences of clinicopathological features, such as size, ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis, pathological type and differentiation degree. Results the coronal "convergence sign" of breast malignant tumors had no statistical significance in different age, location and size of lesions, but had different grades (low, middle and high grade) and invasive ductal carcinoma grade (鈪，
