【摘要】：目的觀察陰道超聲檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的宮腔占位性病變患者的臨床癥狀及病理特點(diǎn)。方法 290例陰道彩色超聲提示宮腔占位性病變患者,對(duì)絕經(jīng)期(97例)與非絕經(jīng)期(193例)患者的臨床癥狀及病理檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果非絕經(jīng)期患者中無(wú)癥狀82例,伴月經(jīng)不規(guī)律、陰道不規(guī)則出血、經(jīng)間期出血71例,合并附件腫物、子宮肌瘤、宮頸贅生物26例,伴腹痛、腰痛、腹脹、痛經(jīng)癥狀11例。非絕經(jīng)期患者中188例切除宮腔占位或接受診斷性刮宮術(shù),其中子宮內(nèi)膜功能性改變105例,超聲提示宮內(nèi)回聲團(tuán)≤1.0 cm者中增生期子宮內(nèi)膜與子宮內(nèi)膜息肉樣增生占85.71%;子宮內(nèi)膜息肉51例有臨床癥狀21例;其他子宮內(nèi)膜病變32例,有臨床癥狀26例。絕經(jīng)期患者無(wú)癥狀53例,伴陰道異常出血、血樣白帶、接觸性出血24例,合并附件腫物、子宮肌瘤、宮頸贅生物15例,伴腹痛、下腹不適、腹脹、腰痛3例。絕經(jīng)期患者中90例切除宮腔占位或接受診斷性刮宮術(shù),其中子宮內(nèi)膜息肉46例、黏膜下子宮肌瘤20例、子宮內(nèi)膜增生病變6例;無(wú)癥狀宮腔占位良性病變中子宮內(nèi)膜息肉和黏膜下子宮肌瘤39例;子宮內(nèi)膜癌、非典型腺肌瘤性息肉、子宮內(nèi)膜不典型增生或復(fù)雜性增生10例,其中子宮內(nèi)膜0.5 cm者7例,子宮內(nèi)膜≥0.5 cm者3例。結(jié)論宮腔占位性病變非絕經(jīng)期患者中,子宮內(nèi)膜功能性改變占非絕經(jīng)期患者一半以上,近一半無(wú)任何臨床癥狀;絕經(jīng)后宮腔占位前三位疾病為子宮內(nèi)膜息肉、黏膜下子宮肌瘤及子宮內(nèi)膜增生病變,宮腔占位性病變的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度與病變性質(zhì)無(wú)關(guān),絕經(jīng)后無(wú)癥狀宮腔占位以宮腔良性病變?yōu)橹鳌?br/>[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical symptoms and pathological features of uterine space occupying lesions found by vagina sonography. Methods the clinical symptoms and pathological findings of 290 patients with uterine space occupying lesions indicated by vaginal color ultrasound were analyzed in 97 postmenopausal patients and 193 non-menopausal patients. Results 82 cases were asymptomatic, accompanied by irregular menstruation, irregular bleeding of vagina, 71 cases of intermenstrual hemorrhage, complicated with adnexal tumor, uterine leiomyoma, 26 cases of cervical neoplasm, 11 cases of abdominal pain, low back pain, abdominal distension and dysmenorrhea. 188 cases of non-menopausal patients underwent resection of uterine space or underwent diagnostic curettage, including 105 cases of functional changes of endometrium. Ultrasound showed that the proportion of endometrial and endometrial polypoid hyperplasia was 85.71 in the patients with intrauterine echo group 鈮，
