【摘要】：正患者男,44歲。因"肝移植術(shù)后3+年,反復(fù)雙下肢水腫"就診,無發(fā)熱、腹痛、顏面水腫、鞏膜黃染等。查體:雙下肢輕度水腫。生化檢查:TBIL 38.6μmol/L,DBIL 11.1μmol/L,IBIL 27.5μmol/L,TP49.5g/L,ALB 29.9g/L。HBsAg及腫瘤標(biāo)志物AFP均陰性。超聲表現(xiàn):移植肝右肝最大斜徑15.0cm,尾狀葉長(zhǎng)大,實(shí)質(zhì)回聲欠均勻;左肝靜脈(left hepatic
