【摘要】：目的:探討經(jīng)會(huì)陰超聲觀察尿道旋轉(zhuǎn)角在女性壓力性尿失禁(SUI)中的診斷價(jià)值。方法:回顧性分析2012年11月-2015年11月經(jīng)臨床診斷為SUI女性患者260例為病例組,同時(shí)選擇無癥狀女性患者60例作為對照組,兩組患者均進(jìn)行經(jīng)會(huì)陰超聲檢查,觀察兩組患者尿道旋轉(zhuǎn)角(URA)的情況,評估URA在SUI中的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果:兩組患者年齡、BMI比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。病例組患者URA大小(57.0±26.9)°,對照組患者URA大小(32.3±13.3)°,兩組結(jié)果比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。應(yīng)用受試者工作(ROC)曲線分析得出,當(dāng)以URA 45°作為診斷SUI的截?cái)嘀?其曲線下面積為0.771,敏感度為66.8%、特異度為85.0%。結(jié)論:尿道旋轉(zhuǎn)角在女性壓力性尿失禁診斷中具有較高的價(jià)值,診斷截?cái)嘀档拇_定有助于臨床對SUI患者的診斷及評估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of urethral rotation angle in female stress urinary incontinence (sui) by transperineal ultrasonography. Methods: from November 2012 to November 2015, 260 women with SUI were selected as the case group and 60 asymptomatic female patients as the control group. The patients in both groups were examined by transperineal ultrasonography. To evaluate the diagnostic value of URA in SUI by observing urethral rotation angle (URAA). Results: there was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups (P 0.05). The size of URA was 57.0 鹵26.9 擄in the case group and 32.3 鹵13.3 擄in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results showed that the area under the curve was 0.771, the sensitivity was 66.8, and the specificity was 85.0 when URA 45 擄was used as the truncation value for diagnosis of SUI. Conclusion: the urethral rotation angle has a high value in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence. The determination of diagnostic truncation value is helpful for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of SUI patients.
