【摘要】：目的分析經(jīng)陰道三維超聲在宮腔粘連中的診斷價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析2014年11月至2016年11月該院收治的經(jīng)宮腔鏡手術(shù)確診并于術(shù)前行經(jīng)陰道二維超聲、三維超聲檢查的75例患者資料,以宮腔鏡為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較分析經(jīng)陰道二維超聲、三維超聲檢查的準(zhǔn)確度。結(jié)果經(jīng)陰道三維超聲診斷宮腔粘連的準(zhǔn)確率為87.7%,二維超聲診斷準(zhǔn)確率為69.2%;經(jīng)陰道二維超聲檢出輕、中、重度宮腔粘連的準(zhǔn)確率分別為56.7%、76.9%、88.9%,經(jīng)陰道三維超聲準(zhǔn)確率分別為76.7%、96.2%、100.0%;經(jīng)陰道二維超聲檢出周圍型、中央型、混合型宮腔粘連的準(zhǔn)確率分別為66.7%、76.7%、54.5%,經(jīng)陰三維超聲準(zhǔn)確率分別為83.3%、86.7%、100.0%;經(jīng)陰道三維超聲診斷準(zhǔn)確率明顯優(yōu)于經(jīng)陰道二維超聲,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與經(jīng)陰道二維超聲比較,經(jīng)陰道三維超聲對(duì)宮腔粘連的診斷更為準(zhǔn)確,能夠?yàn)榕R床醫(yī)生提供更多的信息。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in intrauterine adhesions. Methods from November 2014 to November 2016, 75 patients who were diagnosed by hysteroscopic operation and examined by transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Hysteroscopy was used as the gold standard, and the transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound was compared and analyzed. Accuracy of three dimensional ultrasound examination. Results the accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing intrauterine adhesions was 87.7, and that of two-dimensional ultrasound was 69.2. The accuracy rates of severe intrauterine adhesions were 56.7% and 76.9% and 88.9%, respectively, and the accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound were 76.7% and 96.22% 100.0.The two dimensional transvaginal ultrasound detected the peripheral type and central type, respectively. The accuracy of mixed intrauterine adhesion was 66.7 and 54.55.The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound was 83.3 and 86.7 respectively, and the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound was significantly better than that of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound, transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound is more accurate in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions and can provide more information for clinicians.
