【摘要】：正孕婦29歲,孕1產(chǎn)O。孕26~(+4)周。孕期無物理、化學(xué)及放射物質(zhì)接觸史,無感冒及服藥情況。產(chǎn)前超聲檢查:胎兒雙頂徑70 mm,頭圍275 mm,腹圍212mm,股骨45 mm,肱骨42 mm,胎心124次/min。前壁胎盤,0級(jí)。羊水最大深度63 mm。胎兒顱骨環(huán)完整,前額外突,額葉明顯增寬,腦中線處見無回聲區(qū),范圍13 mm×9 mm,向第三腦室延伸,第三腦室擴(kuò)張約6 mm,右側(cè)腦室寬約8.9 mm,左側(cè)腦室(非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman was 29 years old, and she gave birth to O1. Pregnancy was 26 weeks (4) weeks. No history of physical, chemical or radioactive exposure during pregnancy, no cold or medication. Prenatal ultrasound: fetal biparietal diameter 70 mm, head circumference 275 mm, abdominal circumference 212 mm, femur 45 mm, humerus 42 mm, fetal heart 124 / min. Grade 0 of placenta anterior wall. The maximum depth of amniotic fluid was 63 mm. The fetal skull ring was intact, preextrinsic process, frontal lobe obviously widened, no echo area was seen at the midline of the brain, the area was 13 mm 脳 9 mm, extending to the third ventricle, the third ventricle was dilated about 6 mm, the right ventricle was about 8.9 mm wide, and the left ventricle was not standard.
