【摘要】：正卵巢甲狀腺腫是一種罕見的卵巢良性腫瘤,被WHO劃分為單胚層卵巢畸胎瘤,占卵巢畸胎瘤的2.7%,5%~10%的腫瘤可以惡變,術(shù)前診斷較為困難~([1-2])。現(xiàn)報(bào)道我院病理學(xué)確診的卵巢甲狀腺腫1例。臨床資料患者,女,52歲,發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔腫物8年余,自覺腹部增大半月入院�；颊哂�8年前查體行超聲提示盆腔包塊,自訴約6 cm大小(具體部位不詳,未見紙質(zhì)報(bào)告),當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院建議手術(shù),患者拒絕,未定期復(fù)查。
[Abstract]:Positive ovarian goiter is a rare benign ovarian tumor, which is divided into monodermal teratoma by WHO, accounting for 2.710% of ovarian teratoma, which is difficult to diagnose before operation ([1-2]). A case of ovarian goiter confirmed by pathology in our hospital is reported. Clinical data, 52 years old, found pelvic tumor for more than 8 years, conscious abdominal enlargement half month admission. The patient was examined by ultrasound 8 years ago to reveal the mass of pelvic cavity, and the size of the pelvis was about 6 cm. (the exact location was unknown, no paper report was seen, the local hospital recommended surgery, the patient refused, and the patient did not review regularly.
