【摘要】：目的:分析并比較雙反轉(zhuǎn)恢復(fù)序列(DIR)聯(lián)合磁共振T1、FLAIR成像對(duì)健康人群不同特征大腦皮質(zhì)變異的檢測(cè)情況。方法:選擇在我院經(jīng)臨床診斷排除中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的健康受檢者27例,行腦磁共振T1、FLAIR和DIR掃描,統(tǒng)計(jì)并比較常規(guī)T1、FLAIR成像和聯(lián)合DIR成像在健康人群中探測(cè)到的皮質(zhì)灰白質(zhì)交界模糊、腦溝回異常、皮質(zhì)增厚的變異數(shù),歸納各型皮質(zhì)變異在大腦中的主要分布特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:在27例健康受檢者中,T1、FLAIR共發(fā)現(xiàn)皮質(zhì)變異38處,其中灰白質(zhì)交界模糊13處,溝回異常21處,皮質(zhì)增厚4處,人均變異總數(shù)為1.407±0.162。T1、FLAIR聯(lián)合DIR共發(fā)現(xiàn)皮質(zhì)變異69處,其中灰白質(zhì)交界模糊28處,溝回異常34處,皮質(zhì)增厚7處,人均變異總數(shù)為2.556±0.187。在總皮質(zhì)變異、灰白質(zhì)交界模糊數(shù)、溝回異常數(shù)的檢測(cè)中,兩組比較具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)顯著差異。結(jié)論:DIR聯(lián)合T1、FLAIR可較好顯示健康人群的皮質(zhì)變異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and compare the detection of cerebral cortical variability in healthy population with dual inversion recovery sequence (DIR) combined with Mr T 1 flair imaging (T1FLAIR). Methods: Twenty-seven healthy subjects who were clinically diagnosed and excluded from central nervous system diseases in our hospital were examined with MRI flair and DIR. The variations of gray and white matter boundary, abnormal sulcus gyrus and thickening of cortex detected by conventional T 1 flair imaging and combined DIR imaging in healthy people were statistically analyzed and compared, and the main distribution characteristics of various cortical variations in the brain were summarized. Results: a total of 38 cortical variations were found in 27 healthy subjects, including 13 blurry junctions of gray and white matter, 21 abnormal sulcus gyrus and 4 thickened cortex. The total number of variations per capita was 1.407 鹵0.162. 1 flair combined with DIR found 69 cortical variations. Among them, 28 grey matter junction fuzzy, 34 sulcus gyrus abnormal, 7 cortical thickening, the per capita variation total is 2.556 鹵0.187. There were significant differences between the two groups in total cortical variation, gray matter boundary fuzzy number, and abnormal number of sulcus gyrus. ConclusionTwo DIR combined with T 1 flair can better display cortical variation in healthy people.
