【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用二維斑點追蹤成像(2D-STI)技術(shù)對缺鐵性貧血(IDA)患者左心房功能的變化進行評價。方法將選取的65例IDA患者按照血紅蛋白(Hb)濃度分成兩組:B組Hb90g/L、C組Hb 60~90g/L。另選30例健康人作為對照A組。對三組進行常規(guī)超聲心動圖檢查,測量左心房收縮前左心房容積(LAVp)、左心房最小容積(LAVmin)、左心房最大容積(LAVmax),并計算左心房被動射血分數(shù)(LAPEF)和左心房主動射血分數(shù)(LAAEF)。應(yīng)用2D-STI測量左房各壁心室收縮期應(yīng)變率(SRs)、舒張早期應(yīng)變率(SRe)、舒張晚期應(yīng)變率(SRa),并計算平均應(yīng)變率(mSRs、mSRe、mSRa)。結(jié)果與A組比較,B組患者各項指標無明顯差異(P均0.05)。C組的LAAEF、mSRa明顯高于A、B組(P0.05)。C組的LAPEF、mSRs、mSRe明顯低于A、B組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 2D-STI可以對IDA患者左心房功能進行評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the changes of left atrial function in patients with iron deficiency anemia by 2 D-STI technique. Methods Sixty-five patients with IDA were divided into two groups according to hemoglobin concentration: group B, HB 90g / L, group C, HB 60g / L, group C, HB 60g / L. Another 30 healthy persons were selected as control group A. Three groups were examined by conventional echocardiography. The left atrial volume before contraction was measured with LAVpP, the left atrial minimum volume with LAVmin, the left atrial maximum volume with LAVmaxa, and the left atrial passive ejection fraction (LAPEF) and the left atrial active ejection fraction (LAAEF1) were calculated. 2D-STI was used to measure the systolic strain rate of left atrium, early diastolic strain rate and late diastolic strain rate. Results compared with group A, there was no significant difference in all indexes between group B and group A (P < 0.05). The level of LAAEFF mSRa in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05) and that in group C (group C) was significantly lower than that in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion 2D-STI can evaluate left atrial function in patients with IDA.
