【摘要】：正患者女,31歲。于2個(gè)月前發(fā)現(xiàn)左小腿背側(cè)中段腫物,壓痛明顯,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間站立可出現(xiàn)腫脹。超聲檢查:左側(cè)小腿中段比目魚(yú)肌內(nèi)探及4.9cm×3.1cm×4.6cm低回聲團(tuán)塊,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,邊界不清,內(nèi)回聲不均質(zhì),周邊可見(jiàn)多發(fā)斑片狀強(qiáng)回聲,后方伴聲影;中心部位呈低回聲區(qū),內(nèi)見(jiàn)較豐富血流信號(hào),探及動(dòng)靜脈血流頻譜,其內(nèi)血管延伸至周?chē)觾?nèi)(圖1~2)。超聲提示:左小腿比目魚(yú)肌實(shí)性腫物,性質(zhì)待定。術(shù)中見(jiàn):腫物呈褐色,包膜完整,質(zhì)硬。病理結(jié)果:骨化性肌炎,伴血管瘤樣增生。
[Abstract]:The patient was 31 years old. At 2 months ago, the middle part of left calf was found, tenderness was obvious, and swelling could occur when standing for a long time. Ultrasonic examination: 4.9cm 脳 3.1cm 脳 4.6cm low echo mass, irregular shape, unclear boundary, uneven internal echo, multiple patch strong echo around the left leg, posterior acoustical shadow, hypoechoic area in the center, ultrasonic examination: left middle leg soleus muscle probe and 4.9cm 脳 3.1cm 脳 4.6cm low echo mass, irregular shape, unclear boundary, uneven internal echo, multiple spots and strong echo around the left leg, followed by sound shadow at the rear. More abundant blood flow signals were found, and the blood flow spectrum of arteriovenous blood was detected. The internal blood vessels extended into the peripheral muscular layer (Fig. 1 / 2). Ultrasonic indication: left leg soleus muscle solid tumor, nature to be determined. Intraoperative findings: the tumor was brown, the capsule was intact, and the quality was hard. Pathological results: ossifying myositis with angiomatous hyperplasia.
