【摘要】：正病例男,41歲,因視物模糊4月聽力下降1周就診。查體:右眼顳側(cè)偏盲,口角向左側(cè)斜歪,伸舌稍偏右;右側(cè)肢體肌力Ⅳ級,左側(cè)肢體肌力Ⅴ級。全身未觸及腫大淋巴結(jié)。MRI平掃及增強檢查:左側(cè)顳葉深面及基底節(jié)后外側(cè)見異常信號團塊影,大小約4.1 cm×3.4 cm×4.1 cm,邊界不清,累及左側(cè)側(cè)腦室下角、背側(cè)丘腦及左側(cè)海馬,T1WI呈稍低信號,T2WI呈等-稍高混雜信號,T2Flair呈等信號,DWI部分呈斑片狀稍高信號,增強后病變明顯、持續(xù)強化,強化欠均勻,其
