【摘要】：目的分析MRI對自感無癥狀的外踝不穩(wěn)患者的診斷價(jià)值。方法采用3.0T核磁共振儀掃描評估11例無癥狀但有踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷史的患者的14側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)。成像平面包括軸向PD和T2加權(quán)序列、冠狀快速自旋回波脂肪飽序列、矢狀T1加權(quán)序列和矢狀面STIR序列。2位肌肉骨骼領(lǐng)域的放射學(xué)專家審閱所有圖像,對于異常顯現(xiàn)達(dá)成一致的認(rèn)識。結(jié)果 14側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)中7例(50%)呈現(xiàn)距腓前韌帶異常,8例踝關(guān)節(jié)(占57%)呈現(xiàn)跟腓韌帶異常,2例踝關(guān)節(jié)(占14%)呈現(xiàn)距腓后韌帶的異常。除此之外,9例踝關(guān)節(jié)(占64%)發(fā)現(xiàn)有腓骨肌腱的病理表現(xiàn)。結(jié)論在外踝不穩(wěn)患者中,MRI可以顯示外側(cè)韌帶結(jié)構(gòu)以及腓骨肌腱的異常,但這些異常可以無癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the diagnostic value of MRI in self-sensorless lateral malleolus instability. Methods Thirty T MRI scan was used to evaluate 14 ankle joints in 11 patients with asymptomatic ankle injury. The imaging plane consisted of axial PD and T2 weighted sequences, coronal fast spin echo fat saturated sequences, sagittal T1 weighted sequences and sagittal STIR sequences at position .2 of musculoskeletal radiologists reviewing all images. An agreed understanding of abnormal appearances. Results 7 of the 14 ankle joints presented abnormal anterior talofibular ligament and 8 ankle joints (57%) showed abnormal calcaneal ligament and 2 ankle joints (14%) showed abnormal posterior talofibular ligament. In addition, the fibula tendon was found in 9 cases of ankle joint (64%). Conclusion MRI can show the abnormal structure of lateral ligament and fibula tendon in patients with lateral malleolus instability, but these abnormalities can be asymptomatic.
