【摘要】：神經(jīng)菌毛素1(NRP1)是神經(jīng)菌毛素(NRP)家族的重要成員之一,通過與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)、信號(hào)素(Sema)和其他多種細(xì)胞因子間的相互作用影響腫瘤細(xì)胞的輻射抗性。本文總結(jié)了NRP1在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的最新研究進(jìn)展,并對(duì)NRP1的結(jié)構(gòu)、表達(dá)、生物學(xué)功能和與腫瘤放射敏感性的關(guān)系等方面作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Neuromycin 1 (NRP1) is one of the important members of the NRP1 family. It affects the radioresistance of tumor cells through the interaction with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and other cytokines. In this paper, the latest research progress in the field of NRP1 is summarized, and the structure, expression, biological function and relationship with radiosensitivity of NRP1 are reviewed.
