【摘要】：正患者女,40歲。右側(cè)腰部可見一巨大腫塊(圖1),質(zhì)地不均,活動度一般,8年前發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)腰部有一小腫塊,無不適,腫塊呈漸進(jìn)性生長,近3來右側(cè)腰部感覺疼痛及叩擊腫塊后伴有神經(jīng)支配區(qū)麻木癥狀,無肝炎及結(jié)核病史。查體:發(fā)育正常,全身淺表淋巴結(jié)未觸及腫大。婦科檢查(一)。入院擬診:右腰部腫塊查因,血腫?超聲顯示(圖2):右腰部至右側(cè)臀部探及一大小約75.5cm×65.5cm×35.2cm
[Abstract]:The patient is 40 years old. A large mass can be seen in the right waist (fig. 1, uneven texture, average activity). Eight years ago, it was found that there was a small mass in the right waist, no discomfort, and the mass grew gradually. Near 3 to the right lumbar sensation pain and knocking mass with innervation area numbness symptoms, no history of hepatitis and tuberculosis. Physical examination: normal development, systemic superficial lymph nodes did not touch swelling. Gynecological examination Admission to the hospital: right waist mass cause, hematoma?
