【摘要】：正患者女,77歲。因全身水腫1月來我院就診。X線胸片示:心影增大。CT示:前縱隔囊性灶,緊貼心包左前側(cè)壁,多考慮來源心包(心包囊腫)(圖1)。超聲心動圖示:于不規(guī)則左室長軸切面近心尖部右室壁外(圖2)至不規(guī)則大動脈短軸切面肺動脈分叉處(圖3)外側(cè)可探及長度約8.1cm無回聲包塊,最寬處內(nèi)徑約3.5cm,包膜完整,其內(nèi)無血流信號,無自主搏動,房、室未受壓變形。超聲診斷:心包囊腫。手術(shù)
[Abstract]:The patient is 77 years old. Chest radiographs from our hospital for 1 month of systemic edema showed enlarged cardiac shadow. Ct showed anterior mediastinal cystic focus, close to left anterior wall of pericardium, and more consideration was given to pericardial origin (pericardial cyst) (Fig. 1). Echocardiography showed that there was no echo mass at the outside of the anomalous left ventricular long axis near the apical right ventricular wall (Fig. 2) to the pulmonary artery bifurcation on the short axis of the irregular great artery (fig. 3). There was no echo mass in the outside of the pulmonary artery (figure 3), and the inner diameter of the widest part was about 3. 5 cm, and the capsule was intact. There was no blood flow signal, no spontaneous pulsation, no compression deformation in atrium and ventricle. Ultrasound diagnosis: pericardial cyst. Operation
