【摘要】：正患者男,43歲,2個(gè)月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)胸悶、氣促,偶有咳嗽、咳痰,近2天出現(xiàn)左側(cè)胸痛。CT增強(qiáng)示左側(cè)胸腔內(nèi)下份見混雜密度腫塊(圖1),病灶中心層面大小約10.3cm×23.1cm,病灶與膈肌分界不清;增強(qiáng)后腫瘤呈不均勻強(qiáng)化�？�
