【摘要】：目的探討彩超引導(dǎo)下的麥默通(MMT)微創(chuàng)手術(shù)切除乳腺病灶術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的產(chǎn)生原因及防治策略。方法對(duì)1 157例乳腺病灶患者的3 702個(gè)病灶行彩超引導(dǎo)下的MMT微創(chuàng)手術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的83例患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 83例術(shù)后并發(fā)癥中,局部血腫53例,皮下淤斑26例,乳頭溢血2例,腫瘤殘留2例。全部病例未發(fā)生皮膚損傷、氣胸和感染等并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論彩超引導(dǎo)下的MMT微創(chuàng)手術(shù)可對(duì)乳腺病灶準(zhǔn)確定位和切除,雖然會(huì)出現(xiàn)血腫、皮膚淤斑、乳頭溢血和病灶殘留等術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,但經(jīng)保守治療后大多數(shù)上述并發(fā)癥可治愈。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative complications in minimally invasive mastectomy under color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI). Methods the clinical data of 3 702 lesions in 1 157 patients with breast lesions were analyzed retrospectively in 83 patients with complications after minimally invasive MMT under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound. Results there were 53 cases of local hematoma, 26 cases of subcutaneous plaque, 2 cases of nipple discharge and 2 cases of residual tumor. No skin injury, pneumothorax and infection were found in all cases. Conclusion MMT minimally invasive surgery under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound can accurately locate and remove breast lesions. Although there may be postoperative complications such as hematoma, skin stasis, nipple discharge and residual lesions, most of the above complications can be cured after conservative treatment.
