【摘要】：目的探討超聲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測量胎兒腹圍與腎周徑預(yù)測出生體質(zhì)量的價值。方法選取該院產(chǎn)科的800例孕婦作為研究對象,在分娩前3d對孕婦進行超聲檢查,分為試驗組與對照組,每組400例。試驗組測量胎兒腎周徑預(yù)測出生體質(zhì)量,對照組測量胎兒腹圍預(yù)測出生體質(zhì)量,比較兩組預(yù)測胎兒出生體質(zhì)量的準(zhǔn)確率及對巨大兒的檢出率。結(jié)果與對照組相比,試驗組對胎兒出生體質(zhì)量預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)確率高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗組對巨大兒的檢出率則低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論兩種測量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對于分娩各有優(yōu)勢,聯(lián)合兩種方法一起預(yù)測胎兒出生體質(zhì)量更有臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of fetal abdominal circumference and perirenal diameter in predicting birth weight. Methods 800 pregnant women in obstetrics department of this hospital were selected as the study objects. The pregnant women were examined by ultrasound 3 days before delivery and were divided into experimental group and control group with 400 cases in each group. The fetal perirenal diameter was measured to predict the birth weight in the experimental group and the fetal abdominal circumference was measured to predict the birth weight in the control group. The accuracy rate of predicting fetal birth body mass and the detection rate of macrosomia were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the accuracy of fetal birth weight prediction in the test group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), while the detection rate of macrosomia in the test group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the two measurement standards have their own advantages in delivery, and the combination of the two methods is more valuable in clinical application in predicting the birth weight of the fetus.
