【摘要】：目的:建立正常早孕期妊娠囊的體積參數(shù)。方法:選擇正常早期單胎妊娠婦女303例,先用腹部容積探頭二維模式對(duì)妊娠早期妊娠囊進(jìn)行掃描,常規(guī)測(cè)量妊娠囊、卵黃囊及胚芽的大小(直徑或長(zhǎng)度)。再啟用三維超聲對(duì)妊娠囊進(jìn)行三維圖像采集,應(yīng)用三維容積自動(dòng)測(cè)量技術(shù)(VOCAL)測(cè)量其體積。結(jié)果:妊娠早期,隨著孕周增加,妊娠囊體積、胚芽體積及卵黃囊體積均呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);妊娠囊胚芽體積比隨孕周增大逐漸減少;妊娠囊體積在孕7~10周的相鄰兩周之間,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而10周與11周間,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);胚芽體積在孕7~11周的相鄰兩周之間,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);卵黃囊體積在早孕各孕周的相鄰兩孕周之間,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:利用三維超聲建立正常孕早期妊娠囊的體積參數(shù)和變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the volume parameters of pregnancy sac in normal early pregnancy. Methods: 303 cases of normal early single pregnancy women were selected, and the size (diameter or length) of pregnancy sac, yolk sac and embryo were measured by abdominal volume probe two-dimensional model. Three-dimensional ultrasound was used to collect the three-dimensional images of pregnancy sac, and the volume of pregnancy sac was measured by using the three-dimensional volume automatic measurement technique (VOCAL). Results: in early pregnancy, with the increase of gestational weeks, the volume of pregnancy sac, germ volume and yolk sac volume increased, the ratio of embryo bud volume of pregnancy sac decreased gradually with the increase of gestational week, and the volume of pregnancy sac was between the next two weeks after 7 ~ 10 weeks of gestation. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between 10 weeks and 11 weeks. The germ volume was significantly different between the adjacent two weeks of 711 weeks gestation, and the yolk sac volume was between the adjacent two weeks of each gestational week in early pregnancy. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the volume parameters and changes of normal pregnancy sac were established by three-dimensional ultrasound.
