【摘要】：正患者女,50歲。腹部超聲發(fā)現(xiàn)上腹部分葉狀實(shí)性混合回聲腫物,大小9.6cm×9.2cm×5.6cm,邊界清晰,內(nèi)部有小片狀無(wú)回聲區(qū),瘤體外圍區(qū)有少量動(dòng)、靜脈血流;瘤體與肝左葉、胰體分界不清。胃充盈后檢查:腫塊位于胃體后方,局部胃壁結(jié)構(gòu)不清,內(nèi)膜面欠平滑(圖1)。超聲提示:胃體外生腫物,間質(zhì)瘤待查。CT提示胃體竇后方混雜密度腫物(圖2)。術(shù)中:胃體小彎后壁分葉狀外生腫物,大小
[Abstract]:The patient is 50 years old. Abdominal ultrasound revealed mixed echogenic masses in the upper abdomen with lobular solid, 9.6cm 脳 9.2cm 脳 5.6 cm in size, with a clear boundary, small flaky non-echoic areas in the interior, a small number of arteriovenous blood flow in the peripheral region of the tumor, and unclear boundaries between the tumor and the liver Zuo Ye and the pancreatic body. After filling, the mass was located behind the gastric body, the local gastric wall structure was unclear, and the intimal surface was not smooth (Fig. 1).
