伴認(rèn)知功能障礙的顳葉癲癇MRI研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:顳葉癲癇(TLE)是癲癇最常見的類型,其反復(fù)發(fā)作可致患者記憶力、語言及執(zhí)行力等認(rèn)知功能損害,使患者生存質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步下降。但顳葉癲癇導(dǎo)致認(rèn)知功能障礙的機(jī)制尚不清楚,無法進(jìn)行相關(guān)治療。隨著MR和圖像后處理技術(shù)的發(fā)展,采用DTI、基于體素的形態(tài)學(xué)分析(VBM)和fMRI技術(shù)研究顳葉癲癇伴認(rèn)知障礙患者腦結(jié)構(gòu)和腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)認(rèn)知障礙與部分腦區(qū)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能改變具有相關(guān)性。本文對伴認(rèn)知障礙的TLE患者腦結(jié)構(gòu)和功能改變的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLEs) is the most common type of epilepsy. Repeated seizures may lead to cognitive impairment such as memory, language and executive ability, and further decrease the quality of life of patients. However, the mechanism of cognitive impairment caused by temporal lobe epilepsy is not clear and can not be treated. With the development of Mr and image post-processing techniques, the changes of brain structure and brain network in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy with cognitive impairment were studied by using DTI, VBM-based morphologic analysis and fMRI techniques. It was found that cognitive impairment was correlated with structural and functional changes in some brain regions. This article reviews the changes of brain structure and function in TLE patients with cognitive impairment.
