【摘要】：正患者,女,69歲。主因摔倒致骨盆骨折6月余,1個月前翻身致骨折加重,出現(xiàn)胸部疼痛,深呼吸時疼痛加重,于2016年12月14日入住我院。體格檢查:體溫36.7℃,脈搏78次/min,呼吸20次/min,血壓166/68mmH g,精神差,自動體位,體格檢查合作。輕度貧血貌,皮膚黏膜未見出血點(diǎn)、瘀斑、黃染,周身淺表淋巴結(jié)不大,咽部無充血,扁桃體無腫大,雙肺呼吸音粗,未聞及干、濕性羅音,腹平軟,無壓痛,肝脾肋下未及,胸骨無壓
