【摘要】：正患者女,59歲,無明顯誘因下腹部不適、尿痛、血尿3月余入院。查體:下腹部正中偏左側(cè)觸及一大小約4.0cm×3.0cm包塊,有觸痛。腫瘤標(biāo)記物檢g跣�。CT:膀胱前上間隙見不規(guī)則軟組織腫塊,大小約5.8 cm×2.3 cm,周圍見條索影與膀胱前壁及肚臍相連,內(nèi)可見散在的結(jié)節(jié)狀鈣化影(圖1A);增強(qiáng)CT示病灶邊緣及其內(nèi)分隔呈漸進(jìn)性明顯強(qiáng)化,病變內(nèi)見
[Abstract]:The patient was 59 years old. She was admitted to hospital after 3 months of hematuria without obvious lower abdominal discomfort and urinary pain. Body examination: the left side of the midline of the lower abdomen touches a 4.0cm 脳 3.0cm mass with tenderness. Tumor markers? There were irregular soft tissue masses in the anterior space of bladder, about 5.8 cm 脳 2.3 cm in size. The surrounding shadows were connected with the anterior wall of bladder and the navel. Scattered nodular calcification can be seen (Fig. 1); enhanced CT shows progressive enhancement of the margin and internal septum of the lesion.
