【摘要】：目的:探討雙指數(shù)模型磁共振擴散加權(quán)成像(DWI)對鼻咽癌(NPC)分化程度的預(yù)測價值。方法:根據(jù)腫瘤的分化程度,將33例經(jīng)病理證實的非角化型NPC患者分為分化組(14例)和未分化組(19例)。所有患者均行雙指數(shù)模型DWI檢查,比較2組中DWI參數(shù)值(ADCstand、ADCslow、ADCfast和Ffast值)的差異。結(jié)果:分化型NPC的ADCstand、ADCslow、ADCfast和Ffast值分別為(0.920±0.131)×10-3 mm2、(0.680±0.115)×10-3 mm2、(22.3±13.9)mm2/s和0.316±0.078;未分化型NPC的ADCstand、ADCslow、ADCfast和Ffast值分別為(0.952±0.203)×10-3 mm2/s、(0.672±0.116)×10-3 mm2/s、(17.8±20.3)mm2/s和0.299±0.120;僅ADCfast值在兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。ADCfast值預(yù)測NPC分化程度的敏感度為85.7%,特異度為63.2%。結(jié)論:ADCfast值對預(yù)測鼻咽癌的分化程度具有一定價值。
