【摘要】：正肺上皮樣血管內(nèi)皮瘤(pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma,PEH)是一種罕見的血管內(nèi)皮來源的界于血管良性腫瘤與肉瘤之間的腫瘤,無特征性臨床癥狀,影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)常易被誤診,確診需依賴病理組織學(xué)及免疫組化檢查。筆者搜集一例PEH患者的病例資料,對(duì)其臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)、病理形態(tài)及免疫組化結(jié)果等結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析報(bào)道。病例資料患者,女,38歲。無明顯誘因反復(fù)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咳痰3個(gè)月。有吸煙史10年。曾經(jīng)抗感染、診斷性抗結(jié)核治療,癥狀無明顯改善。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查及纖支鏡檢無明顯陽性發(fā)
[Abstract]:Pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelia (epithelioid) is a rare source of vascular endothelium between benign vascular tumors and sarcomas. It has no characteristic clinical symptoms, and its imaging findings are often misdiagnosed.The diagnosis depends on histopathology and immunohistochemical examination.The authors collected the data of a case of PEH, and analyzed and reported the clinical manifestations, imaging findings, pathological morphology and immunohistochemical results.The patient was 38 years old.No obvious cause of repeated fever, cough, expectoration for 3 months.Smoking has a history of 10 years.Once anti-infection, diagnostic anti-tuberculosis treatment, no significant improvement in symptoms.Laboratory examination and fiberoptic bronchoscopy were not positive.
