【摘要】：目的:探討心力衰竭(心衰)患者肺部超聲B線的數(shù)量和血漿氨基末端腦鈉肽前體(NT-proBNP)濃度對心衰的診斷價(jià)值。方法:選取2014年3-9月就診于蘇州大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院急診或住院的心衰患者59例(男39例,女20例),均行床旁超聲心動(dòng)圖、肺部超聲檢查及血漿NT-proBNP濃度的測定。結(jié)果:B線數(shù)量及血漿NT-proBNP水平隨NYHA心功能嚴(yán)重程度而增加,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。B線與血漿中NT-proBNP水平呈明顯的正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.65,P0.01)。B線診斷NYHA心功能Ⅱ級(jí)以上心衰的ROC曲線下面積為0.702,NT-proBNP診斷NYHA心功能Ⅱ級(jí)以上心衰的ROC曲線下面積為0.685。結(jié)論:床旁肺部超聲是評估心衰的一種新的手段,聯(lián)合血漿NT-proBNP水平可提高對心衰的診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the diagnostic value of the number of B-line ultrasound in lung and the concentration of NT-proBNPs in plasma of patients with heart failure (HF).Methods: 59 patients (39 males and 20 females) with CHF who were admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from March to September 2014 were examined by bedside echocardiography, pulmonary echocardiography and plasma NT-proBNP concentration.Results the number of line B and the level of plasma NT-proBNP increased with the severity of NYHA cardiac function.There was a significant positive correlation between the level of NT-proBNP in plasma and P0.05. B line. The area under the ROC curve was 0.702NT-proBNP for the diagnosis of heart failure above grade 鈪，
