【摘要】：正患兒,5歲。間歇性臍周及右下腹痛半月余,查體腹軟,壓痛、反跳痛陰性。超聲檢查:右下腹及臍周腸系膜淋巴結(jié)增大,腸間積液少量,肝、膽、脾、腎未見異常,胰腺彌漫性腫大,表面呈波浪狀,回聲偏低不均勻,呈微結(jié)節(jié)樣改變,胰管呈階段性擴(kuò)張(圖1),CDFI可見散在血流信號(hào),PW呈低速靜脈血流頻譜,胰周未見滲液,肝腎、脾腎間隙未見游離液,周圍血管顯示清晰,未見包繞及浸潤。血、尿淀粉酶檢查在正常高限。血常規(guī)檢查正常。超聲診斷:
[Abstract]:The children were 5 years old.Intermittent periumbilical and right lower abdominal pain more than half a month, check abdomen soft, tenderness, rebound pain negative.Ultrasonic examination showed that the mesenteric lymph nodes of the right lower abdomen and periumbilical were enlarged, the intestinal effusion was little, liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidney were not abnormal, the pancreas was diffusely enlarged, the surface was wavy, the echo was low and uneven, and the change was micronodular.The pancreatic duct was dilated in stages (Fig. 1) the blood flow signals were scattered in the blood flow signal and PW showed low velocity venous blood flow spectrum. There was no exudate around the pancreas, no free fluid was found in the liver and kidney, no free fluid was seen in the space of spleen and kidney, and the peripheral blood vessels were clear, without wrapping and infiltration.Blood, urine amylase detection at normal high limit.The blood routine examination is normal.Ultrasound diagnosis:
