【摘要】：目的:探討第三腦室占位性病變的MRI影像學(xué)特征。資料與方法 :回顧性分析48例第三腦室占位性病變的資料,46例經(jīng)病理證實,2例轉(zhuǎn)移瘤原發(fā)腫瘤明確。結(jié)果 :第三腦室內(nèi)占位22例,跨第三腦室內(nèi)外生長占位26例。根據(jù)腫瘤與第三腦室的角度及周圍腦實質(zhì)的關(guān)系可區(qū)分腫瘤位于第三腦室內(nèi)或跨第三腦室內(nèi)外生長。第三腦室占位性病變大多具有年齡特征,蛛網(wǎng)膜囊腫、室管膜囊腫、脈絡(luò)叢乳頭狀腫瘤、顱咽管瘤、生殖細(xì)胞腫瘤及原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤好發(fā)于兒童及青少年。不同類型第三腦室占位性病變的MRI表現(xiàn)有所不同,部分具有特征性表現(xiàn)。結(jié)論:MRI能較好地區(qū)分第三腦室內(nèi)或跨第三腦室內(nèi)外生長占位,綜合發(fā)病年齡特征、MRI特點可提高診斷準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the MRI imaging features of the third ventricle occupying lesions.Materials and methods: the data of 48 cases of third ventricular space occupying lesions were retrospectively analyzed. 46 cases of metastatic tumors were confirmed by pathology in 2 cases.Results: the third ventricle occupied 22 cases, and the growth occupied 26 cases across the third ventricle.According to the relationship between the tumor and the angle of the third ventricle and the surrounding brain parenchyma, the tumor can be distinguished between the third ventricle and the outside of the third ventricle.The third ventricle occupying lesions have the characteristics of age, arachnoid cyst, ependymal cyst, choroid plexus papillary tumor, craniopharyngioma, germ cell tumor and primitive neuroectodermal tumor.The MRI findings of different types of third ventricular space occupying lesions are different, and some of them are characteristic.Conclusion the weight MRI can distinguish the growth space between the third ventricle and the outside of the third ventricle, and the diagnostic accuracy can be improved by combining the characteristics of age with MRI.
