【摘要】：正孕婦,36歲。孕26周,來(lái)我院做超聲檢查,超聲示:胎頭向上,雙頂徑6.6cm,股骨長(zhǎng)4.6cm,胎心率146次/min。頭圍23.7cm,腹圍22.9cm,胎盤附著于子宮前壁,厚2.1cm,功能Ⅰ級(jí),羊水最大深度7.4cm。臍靜脈入胎兒腹部后發(fā)出兩根分支,一支入肝,肝臟內(nèi)見正常臍靜脈走行;另一支走行于膀胱右側(cè)(圖1),后匯入右側(cè)髂靜脈,右側(cè)臍
