【摘要】：目的探討圍絕經(jīng)期與絕經(jīng)早期婦女心臟左室功能的組織追蹤成像(TTI)、應變率成像(SRI)特點。方法選擇絕經(jīng)期女性137例,其中圍絕經(jīng)期組69例,絕經(jīng)早期組68例;均行常規(guī)超聲心動圖檢測,測量E、A峰血流速度,計算E/A;采用TTI、SRI測量后間隔與側(cè)壁、下壁與前壁、后壁與前間隔的二尖瓣環(huán)處收縮期峰值位移(D)、平均位移(mean D)及心室收縮期、心室舒張早期、心房收縮期心肌的峰值應變率(SRs、SRe、SRa)、SRe/SRa。結(jié)果與圍絕經(jīng)期組比較,絕經(jīng)早期組女性E值、E/A降低(P均0.01),左室各壁二尖瓣環(huán)處SRs、SRe/SRa降低(P均0.05),左室多數(shù)室壁二尖瓣環(huán)處D值和mean D值降低(P0.05或0.01)。結(jié)論絕經(jīng)早期婦女左室舒縮功能較圍絕經(jīng)期婦女受損嚴重,且其心肌局部收縮和舒張功能變化早于心臟整體功能變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of left ventricular function in peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women by tissue tracing imaging (TTI) and strain rate imaging (SRI).Methods 137 postmenopausal women were selected, including 69 cases in peri-menopausal period group and 68 cases in early menopausal group.The peak systolic displacement at mitral annulus in the posterior wall and anterior septum (mean mean D) and the peak strain rate of the myocardium during ventricular contraction, early ventricular diastole and atrial contraction were observed.Results compared with the peri-menopausal group, the E / A value of early menopausal women decreased by 0.01g / A, the SRS / R / SRa decreased by 0.05P at the mitral annulus of left ventricular wall, and the D value and mean D value at mitral annulus of left ventricular wall decreased by P 0.05 or 0.01g / L respectively.Conclusion the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of early menopausal women is more serious than that of peri-menopausal women, and the changes of myocardial regional systolic and diastolic function are earlier than that of global cardiac function.
