高頻超聲檢查成人足背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶的圖像特征

【摘要】:背景:高頻超聲作為無創(chuàng)性檢查手段應(yīng)用于骨骼肌肉系統(tǒng)檢查已得到廣泛的認識與認可。目的:通過高頻超聲對正常成人背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶、內(nèi)側(cè)楔骨與第2跖骨基底部之間距離(以下簡稱C1-M2)的檢查,評價超聲檢查Lisfranc關(guān)節(jié)的可行性,并探討其臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法:應(yīng)用高頻超聲對100例健康志愿者雙足進行檢查,觀察背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶的聲像圖特征,并測量C1與M2之間距離。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)高頻超聲對100例志愿者(200個)背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶的顯示率為100%;(2)正常成人背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶厚度右足與左足比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(3)男性背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶右足、左足厚度與女性背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶右足、左足厚度比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(4)C1與M2之間距離右足與左足比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05),C1與M2之間距離男性右足、左足與女性右足、左足比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(5)結(jié)果說明,高頻超聲對背側(cè)Lisfranc韌帶具有良好的顯示效果;測量C1與M2之間的距離也較方便、準確,是一種可行、無創(chuàng)、價廉的檢查方法,可作為Lisfranc關(guān)節(jié)損傷早期診斷的間接征象指標的影像學檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Background: as a non-invasive examination method, high-frequency ultrasound has been widely recognized and recognized in skeletal and muscle system examination.Objective: to evaluate the feasibility of ultrasonic examination of Lisfranc joints in normal adults by examining the distance between the medial wedge and the base of the second metatarsal base (C1-M2), and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods: 100 healthy volunteers were examined with high frequency ultrasound to observe the ultrasonographic features of the dorsal Lisfranc ligament and measure the distance between C1 and M2.Results and conclusion High frequency ultrasound was used to display the dorsal Lisfranc ligament in 100 volunteers (200 cases). There was no significant difference in the thickness of the dorsal Lisfranc ligament between the right foot and the left foot in normal adults (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in thickness between left foot and female dorsal Lisfranc ligament. There was no significant difference between left foot thickness and left foot thickness. There was no significant difference between right foot and left foot. There was no significant difference between right foot and left foot.There was no significant difference between left foot and left foot (P 0.05). The results showed that high frequency ultrasound had good display effect on dorsal Lisfranc ligament, and the distance between C1 and M2 was more convenient and accurate, which was a feasible, noninvasive and inexpensive method.It can be used as an indirect sign of early diagnosis of Lisfranc joint injury.
