【摘要】：正孕婦27歲,妊娠9個(gè)余月,夫妻雙方既往體健,首次妊娠,來(lái)我院產(chǎn)檢。超聲表現(xiàn):宮內(nèi)見(jiàn)一個(gè)胎兒,雙頂徑9.5cm,頭圍34.1cm,腹圍34.9cm,股骨徑7.4cm,胎盤(pán)底前壁厚3.3cm,羊水指數(shù)11.5cm,胎心率149次/min。臍動(dòng)脈S/D 2.5,RI0.6。胎兒四腔心切面未見(jiàn)明顯異常,心尖指向左,胎兒腹部橫切面顯示胃泡位于腹腔右側(cè),肝臟大部分位于腹腔左側(cè),膽囊位于胃泡與臍靜脈之間。胎兒下腔靜脈未探及,肝靜脈直接匯入右心房,腹主動(dòng)脈左后方見(jiàn)擴(kuò)張的半奇靜脈,位于左側(cè)的半奇靜脈自腹腔
[Abstract]:Pregnant woman 27 years old, more than 9 months gestation, husband and wife health, the first pregnancy, come to our hospital.Ultrasound findings: a fetus with a biparietal diameter of 9.5 cm, head circumference of 34.1cm, abdominal circumference of 34.9cm, femoral diameter of 7.4cm, placental fundus anterior wall thickness of 3.3cm, amniotic fluid index of 11.5cm, fetal heart rate 149 beats / min.Umbilical artery S / D 2.5N RI0.6.There was no obvious abnormality in the four cavities of the fetus, the apex pointed to the left, the transverse section of the abdomen showed that the stomach bubble was located on the right side of the abdominal cavity, the liver was mostly on the left side of the abdominal cavity, and the gallbladder was between the stomach bubble and the umbilical vein.The fetal inferior vena cava is not explored, the hepatic vein flows directly into the right atrium, the dilated hemiazygos vein is seen at the left rear of the abdominal aorta, and the half azygos vein on the left side is found from the abdominal cavity
