【摘要】：針對(duì)超聲心動(dòng)圖中左心室輪廓的分割問(wèn)題,利用活動(dòng)形狀模型完成對(duì)醫(yī)生所標(biāo)注特征點(diǎn)的訓(xùn)練和目標(biāo)輪廓匹配點(diǎn)的搜索。首先,對(duì)訓(xùn)練集內(nèi)的特征點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)進(jìn)行歸一化對(duì)齊和消除統(tǒng)計(jì)相關(guān)性,建立形狀向量;接著,使用灰度差值分作為局部特征,以馬氏距離作為度量進(jìn)行搜索;為讓搜索后匹配點(diǎn)更接近標(biāo)注點(diǎn),減小微小變量對(duì)搜索過(guò)程的影響,進(jìn)一步提出基于主成分分析的局部特征,結(jié)合多分辨率金字塔模型來(lái)改進(jìn)搜索過(guò)程;最后,在測(cè)試圖像上使用不同的搜索方式進(jìn)行分割。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,改進(jìn)搜索方式后匹配點(diǎn)和標(biāo)注點(diǎn)的距離的均值和方差都減小了,匹配點(diǎn)更接近標(biāo)注點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the segmentation of left ventricular contour in echocardiography, the active shape model is used to complete the training of the feature points marked by doctors and the search of target contour matching points.Firstly, the coordinate of the feature points in the training set is normalized aligned and the statistical correlation is eliminated, then the shape vector is established, and then the gray difference is used as the local feature, and the Markov distance is used as the metric to search.In order to make the matching points closer to the labeled points after searching and reduce the influence of small variables on the search process, the local features based on principal component analysis (PCA) are further proposed to improve the search process by combining the multi-resolution pyramid model.Different search methods are used to segment the test image.The experimental results show that the mean and variance of the distance between the matching points and the labeled points are reduced after the improved search method, and the matching points are closer to the labeled points.
