醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理技術(shù)在乳腺彈性成像技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】:目的研究醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理技術(shù)在乳腺彈性成像鑒別腫塊良惡性中的價值。方法收集122例乳腺結(jié)節(jié)患者,共124個病灶,均接受常規(guī)超聲、聲脈沖輻射力成像技術(shù)檢查聲觸診組織成像(VTI)。對VTI圖像進(jìn)行圖像處理分析,通過Image J軟件測得圖像平均光密度值。以病理為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較每種方法及聯(lián)合后的診斷效能。結(jié)果經(jīng)病理證實(shí),124例乳腺腫塊中,惡性病灶50例,良性病灶74例。VTI的平均光密度值的截點(diǎn)值為210.200,AUC為0.873。惡性病灶平均光密度值≥210.200的患者為45例,210.200的患者為5例,良性病變平均光密度值≥210.200的患者為7例,210.200的患者為67例(P0.005)。兩者聯(lián)合方法在診斷乳腺腫瘤的敏感度為96.0%、特異度為83.8%、陽性預(yù)測值為80.0%、陰性預(yù)測值為96.9%、準(zhǔn)確率為88.7%。結(jié)論乳腺腫塊VTI成像后,醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理技術(shù)可以通過平均光密度這個量化的指標(biāo)來評估組織的硬度,在預(yù)測乳腺病變良惡性方面有重要意義,其與常規(guī)超聲聯(lián)合判斷,并且能明顯提高診斷的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of medical image processing in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods 122 patients with breast nodules (124 lesions) were examined by conventional ultrasound and pulsed acoustic radiation force imaging (PPD) for acoustic palpation tissue imaging (VTI).The average optical density of VTI images was measured by Image J software.The diagnostic efficacy of each method and its combination was compared with pathology as gold standard.Results among 124 cases of breast masses confirmed by pathology, 50 cases were malignant lesions and 74 cases were benign lesions.
