【摘要】：目的:探討腦皮質層狀壞死(CLN)的MRI影像特點,提高對本病的認識。方法:回顧性分析2012年1月—2014年10月我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科診治的17例CLN患者的MRI影像資料,總結其MRI影像特點。結果:17例中雙側大腦半球病變3例,單側大腦半球病變14例。1個腦葉受累11例,2個腦葉受累4例,多個腦葉受累2例。CLN檢出時間為12~32 d。病變于MRI T1WI及FLAIR上均表現(xiàn)為腦回狀高信號,MRA原始圖像上顯示更清晰;DWI上12例呈高信號,但信號較T1WI上弱,T2WI上病變顯示不清,6例輔助SWAN檢查均未發(fā)現(xiàn)與皮層高信號范圍相符的出血灶。結論:CLN具有典型的MRI影像特征,即T1WI呈腦回狀高信號,結合臨床病史不難診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the MRI imaging features of stratified necrosis of cerebral cortex (CLN) and to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods: the MRI imaging data of 17 patients with CLN were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to October 2014, and the characteristics of MRI images were summarized.Results of 17 cases, 3 were bilateral hemispheric lesions, 14 were unilateral hemispheric lesions, 11 were involved in one lobe, 4 were involved in 2 lobes, and 2 were involved in multiple lobes. The detection time of CLN was 1232 days.The lesions on MRI T1WI and FLAIR showed high signal intensity in 12 cases.However, the lesions on T _ 2WI were weaker than those on T1WI. The lesions on T _ 2WI in 6 cases were not clear and there were no hemorrhage foci in accordance with the cortical hyperintense range in 6 cases of auxiliary SWAN.Conclusion T1WI has typical features of MRI, that is, T1WI is gyrus hyperintense, and it is not difficult to diagnose with clinical history.
