【摘要】：正椎間盤退變是一種生理退化現(xiàn)象,也是諸多引起患者不適疾病的基礎(chǔ),尤其與腰痛密切相關(guān)。早期、準(zhǔn)確判斷椎間盤退變不僅能提供實(shí)用性臨床信息,還具有較高的科研價(jià)值。目前多利用MRI檢測椎間盤退變,可無創(chuàng)性地評(píng)估椎間盤退變程度,不影響人體的生理狀態(tài),無電離輻射,可進(jìn)行多參數(shù)、多平面成像,軟組織對(duì)比度高,不僅可以觀察椎間盤的組織結(jié)構(gòu),顯示椎間盤本身及周圍神經(jīng)根、椎管的病變,還可以評(píng)估椎間盤的生理生化改變。近年來,由于主磁場強(qiáng)度的提高、
