【摘要】：目的探討3.0 T MR擴散張量成像(DTI)技術(shù)對慢性壓迫性損傷的早期診斷價值。方法 40例慢性壓迫性頸髓損傷患者行常規(guī)MRI及DTI檢查。實驗組分為A1、A2兩組,A1組常規(guī)MR-T2WI顯示頸髓內(nèi)無異常信號者20例,A2組常規(guī)MR-T2WI顯示受壓部位頸髓出現(xiàn)高信號者20例。選取A1組中非狹窄節(jié)段(頸2平面)脊髓作為對照組。分別測量A1、A2及對照組FA值與ADC值,行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果與正常對照組相比,A1組FA值明顯降低,ADC值有所升高,結(jié)果差異均有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與A1組患者相比,A2組FA值進一步明顯降低,ADC值顯著升高,結(jié)果差異均有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 DTI能夠早期發(fā)現(xiàn)常規(guī)MRI檢查不能顯示的頸髓異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of 3. 0 T Mr diffusion Zhang Liang DTI technique in the early diagnosis of chronic compression injury.Methods 40 patients with chronic compressive cervical spinal cord injury were examined by routine MRI and DTI.The experimental group was divided into two groups: group A _ 1 A _ 2 and A _ 1 group A _ 1 group: 20 cases had no abnormal signal in cervical spinal cord by conventional MR-T2WI and 20 cases in group A _ 2 showed high signal intensity in cervical spinal cord under compression by routine MR-T2WI.The non-stenosis spinal cord (cervical 2 plane) in group A1 was selected as control group.FA value and ADC value of A _ 1 A _ 2 and control group were measured and analyzed statistically.Results compared with the normal control group, the FA value of A 1 group decreased significantly and the ADC value increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Compared with A1 group, the FA value of A _ 2 group further decreased significantly, and the ADC value increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion DTI can detect early cervical spinal cord abnormalities which can not be detected by conventional MRI.
