【摘要】：目的探討CEUS評(píng)估克羅恩病活動(dòng)度的可行性。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)臨床確診為克羅恩病的39例患者,其中臨床疾病活動(dòng)指數(shù)(CDAI)評(píng)分150分(緩解期)18例,150~450分(活動(dòng)期)21例,分別測(cè)量腸壁厚度,對(duì)增厚腸壁根據(jù)能量多普勒超聲表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行Limberg分型,并分別進(jìn)行CEUS,對(duì)比分析上升時(shí)間、峰值強(qiáng)度、平均渡越時(shí)間、峰值降半時(shí)間、上升斜率及達(dá)峰時(shí)間的差異。結(jié)果活動(dòng)期患者的腸壁厚度、峰值強(qiáng)度及上升斜率明顯高于緩解期,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)�；顒�(dòng)期LimbergⅠ型1例,LimbergⅡ型4例,LimbergⅢ型10例,LimbergⅣ型6例;緩解期LimbergⅠ型10例,LimbergⅡ型7例,LimbergⅢ型1例�；顒�(dòng)期腸壁血流以LimbergⅢ、Ⅳ型為主,緩解期以Ⅰ、Ⅱ型為主,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論 CEUS可為克羅恩病活動(dòng)度的評(píng)估提供定量資料,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of CEUS in assessing the activity of Crohn's disease. Methods 39 patients with Crohn's disease were retrospectively analyzed. The thickness of intestinal wall was measured, and the thickened intestinal wall was classified by Limberg according to the energy Doppler ultrasound. Then the rising time, peak intensity, average transit time, half time of peak drop were compared and analyzed. Results the intestinal wall thickness, peak intensity and rising slope of active patients were significantly higher than those in remission period.
