【摘要】：目的比較冷凍及射頻消融術(shù)后新西蘭兔肌肉局部炎癥及瘢痕形成情況。 方法18只健康雄性新西蘭兔隨機(jī)分為冷凍（CR）組、射頻(RF)組和對(duì)照組，分別對(duì)腿部肌肉進(jìn)行超聲引導(dǎo)冷凍及射頻消融。ELISA法檢測(cè)血漿TNF-α、IL-6水平，免疫組織化學(xué)檢測(cè)損傷肌肉TGF-β1表達(dá),術(shù)后瘢痕美容評(píng)分，HE染色觀察局部炎癥及瘢痕生成情況。 結(jié)果與RF組相比，CR組血清IL-6和TNF-α峰值較早出現(xiàn)，，持續(xù)時(shí)間短，反應(yīng)較輕；局部治療部位TGF-β1免疫組化評(píng)分CR組較低（53±31.9與101.7±40.03，P0.01）。術(shù)后瘢痕美容評(píng)分，CR組均低于RF組（2.5±0.55與8.5±1.05，P0.01）。 結(jié)論冷凍消融較射頻消融引起局部組織炎癥較輕且瘢痕形成較少。 目的探討超聲引導(dǎo)冷凍介入治療乳腺纖維腺瘤的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 方法對(duì)6例乳腺纖維腺瘤患者（9個(gè)病灶）行超聲引導(dǎo)冷凍介入消融術(shù)，治療前及治療后3、6、9、12個(gè)月超聲觀察乳腺纖維腺瘤體積變化、乳腺瘢痕美容評(píng)分、疼痛量化評(píng)分。 結(jié)果超聲引導(dǎo)介入冷凍消融后的乳腺纖維腺瘤結(jié)節(jié)在治療12個(gè)月后體積明顯縮�。ㄐg(shù)后結(jié)節(jié)體積與術(shù)前比， P0.01），瘢痕美容評(píng)分（術(shù)前1.89±0.33，術(shù)后1.11±0.33，P0.01）及疼痛量化評(píng)分改善（術(shù)前3.60±1.51，術(shù)后1.44±1.01，P0.01）。 結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)介入冷凍消融術(shù)治療乳腺纖維腺瘤是一種安全有效的方法
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the local inflammation and scar formation after cryopreservation and radiofrequency ablation in New Zealand rabbits. Methods Eighteen healthy male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: cryosurgery group, radiofrequency catheter catheter (RF) group and control group. The plasma TNF- 偽 IL-6 level was detected by ultrasound guided freezing and radiofrequency ablation. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 in injured muscle was detected by immunohistochemistry. Postoperative scar beauty score and HE staining were used to observe the local inflammation and scar formation. Results compared with RF group, the peak value of serum IL-6 and TNF- 偽 in CR group appeared earlier, the duration was shorter and the response was mild, and the immunohistochemical score of TGF- 尾 _ 1 in CR group was lower than that in RF group (53 鹵31.9 and 101.7 鹵40.03) P0.01.The postoperative scar beauty score in CR group was lower than that in RF group (2.5 鹵0.55,8.5 鹵1.05p 0.01). Conclusion cryoablation has less inflammation and less scar formation than radiofrequency ablation. Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided cryotherapy for breast fibroadenoma. Methods six patients (9 lesions) with breast fibroadenoma were treated with ultrasound-guided cryopreservation. The volume of fibroadenoma was measured by ultrasound before and after treatment. The volume of fibroadenoma, the beauty score of mammary scar and the quantitative score of pain were observed by ultrasound in 12 months. Results the volume of breast fibroadenoma nodule was significantly reduced after 12 months of treatment (the ratio of postoperative nodule volume to preoperative, P 0.01, scar beauty score (preoperative 1.89 鹵0.33, postoperative 1.11 鹵0.33, P 0.01)) and the change of quantitative pain score after ultrasound guided cryoablation of breast fibroadenoma. (3. 60 鹵1. 51 before operation, 1. 44 鹵1. 01 after operation, P 0. 01). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional freezing ablation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of breast fibroadenoma.
