【摘要】：目的研究鈣化在乳腺癌不同階段X線征像。方法收集行全數(shù)字化乳腺X線攝影出現(xiàn)鈣化并經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實的乳腺癌277例,回顧性分析鈣化X線征像,并與病理進行對照研究。結(jié)果乳腺癌鈣化形態(tài)、分布、數(shù)目及伴隨情況在導管原位癌、導管原位癌伴微浸潤、浸潤性導管癌差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論根據(jù)鈣化X線征像初步鑒別不同階段乳腺癌,為臨床提供診療依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the X-ray signs of calcification in different stages of breast cancer. Methods 277 cases of breast cancer proved by operation and pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results the calcification morphology, distribution, number and concomitant condition of breast cancer were found in ductal carcinoma in situ, ductal carcinoma in situ with microinfiltration. Conclusion according to the calcified X-ray signs, breast cancer in different stages can be preliminarily distinguished, which provides a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
